Emma W. Rumberg’s solo work, This is alive: right now, examines the multiplicities of interpersonal relationships controlled by trust. The opportunity to experience the dimensions of intimacy is incapacitated by our insecurities. Accompanied by an original score composed by Michael Wall, Rumberg endures the vulnerabilities inherent within trust in search of perpetual self-integration.

Emma W. Rumberg's work, Less than 500nm Seen at Full, explores the power and potential of the sun that exists within the human form. Seven dancers enliven images of solar flares that burst and lash out into space. These flares are fodder for tensility making up the sun potential of human interaction.

Emma W. Rumberg’s Tinged Undercurrent investigates the sensations that bring about a response from inhabiting a particular environment. Attention is given to the effects of volume caused by the shifts of energy within the mysterious space. The movement seeps and bleeds into the surroundings while also exploring its boundaries with slight aggression.
